PARTIES INCLUDE

One hour of fun-filled activities in our
Fully equipped gymnastics facility with a qualified instructor!
One half hour in our birthday party room for fun, food, and gift giving!
Drinks for every child (lemonade)
The Birthday child receives a fabulous Kids in Motion T-shirt!
Every party guest will receive a balloon and non-members will
receive a ticket for one free class

ON PARTY DAY

Don’t forget your camera!
Party days are very busy- All parties must start and end on assigned
time!
A release form MUST be filled out for every child participating in the
gymnastics part of the party. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PARENTS YOU PROVIDE

Birthday cake, and other food you want to serve.
Paper products (2 table cloths, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, and
candles
Party favors/ goody bags

PRICES

A non-refundable deposit
Required to reserve your party date.
* Deposit checks are to be made out to Kids In Motion
* Balance due goes to the coach or coaches that work your party.
* Please make coaches checks payable to them.

1 ½ hour party	1-8 children	$120.00 total	$85.00 (deposit)	$35.00 (coach)
2 hour party	1-8 children	$170.00 total	$110.00 (deposit)	$60.00 (coach)
1 ½ hour party	8-16 children	$155.00 total	$85.00 (deposit)	$35.00 (each coach)
2 hour party	8-16 children	$210.00 total	$110.00 (deposit)	$50.00 (each coach)
